Just Fold is published by ONC SOFTWARE SDN. BHD. in Malaysia. You can play without creating an ONC account. If you email up@oncsoft.com, we receive your email address and the information you include and use them to respond to your request.
Who the game is for
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over, or 14 and over in the Republic of Korea. If you believe a younger child has sent personal information to ONC, contact us to request deletion.
Game records and device backups
Progress, the current round, scores, achievements, settings and purchase status are stored in the app on your device. ONC does not run a gameplay save server. Android system backups or transfers to a new device may include app data depending on your device and backup settings. If you turn on the daily reminder, the device schedules a local notification. You can disable it in the app or in device notification settings.
Leaderboards
When the native app starts, it checks for authentication with Apple Game Center or Google Play Games. If a platform account is authenticated and the relevant leaderboard is available, the app can submit a score or streak after a supported round. The platform can show your gaming profile and score to other players under your platform privacy settings. See Apple Game Center and Google for the platforms’ data practices.
Advertising
The app can show a bottom banner outside a round. It has no rewarded or full-screen ads. Remove Ads hides the banner.
Google AdMob may receive an advertising identifier where permitted, IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device and app information, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Data is sent directly to Google and may be processed abroad. Read how Google uses data from partner apps.
This game requests non-personalized ads on Android and iOS. The iOS app does not ask for tracking permission. Google may still process the data listed above for purposes such as fraud prevention and limiting how often an ad appears.
Store purchases
Google Play or the Apple App Store handles payment and tells the app which items you own. ONC does not receive your card number or store password. Use Restore purchases with the original store account to restore eligible items.
Backups and sharing you choose
In Settings, export a JSON backup and keep it somewhere you control. Import it through Settings to recover saved records. This manual backup leaves out the unfinished round and store purchases. Sharing a result sends it to the app or person you select.
Retention, deletion and requests
Reset records clears local progress and returns local settings to their defaults. If an eligible purchase is missing afterwards, restore it from the store.
Uninstall the app to remove its local data; delete any exported files and system backups separately. Removing local records does not remove store transactions or platform leaderboard data. Manage those through the relevant platform. For access, correction or deletion of information you sent to ONC, or to raise a concern, contact our privacy contact (the company director) at up@oncsoft.com.
Company email and overseas processing
When a support request is resolved, ONC deletes the correspondence unless the law requires it to be retained. The company in Malaysia handles enquiries through its work email service. When an ad is requested, Google LLC (United States) may process the advertising information above in the United States or other countries under its retention policy. Playing offline prevents ad requests.

이용 대상

게임 기록과 기기 백업
진행 상황, 진행 중인 판, 점수, 업적, 설정, 구매 상태는 기기의 앱 저장공간에 저장됩니다. ONC는 게임 기록을 저장하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. Android의 기기 설정에 따라 시스템 백업이나 새 기기로의 이전에 앱 데이터가 포함될 수 있습니다. 일일 알림을 켜면 기기에서 로컬 알림을 예약합니다. 앱 또는 기기 알림 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
플랫폼 순위표
앱을 시작하면 Apple Game Center 또는 Google Play 게임즈에 인증을 요청합니다. 플랫폼 계정이 인증되어 있고 해당 순위표가 제공되는 경우, 지원하는 모드를 마친 뒤 점수나 연속 달성 기록이 전송될 수 있습니다. 플랫폼의 공개 설정에 따라 게임 프로필과 점수가 다른 플레이어에게 표시될 수 있습니다. 플랫폼의 개인정보 처리에 대해서는 Apple Game Center와 Google의 안내를 확인하세요.
광고
판을 플레이하지 않을 때 화면 아래에 배너 하나가 표시될 수 있습니다. 보상형 광고와 전면 광고는 없습니다. 광고 제거 상품을 보유하면 배너가 숨겨집니다.
Google AdMob은 광고 제공·측정 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 허용된 경우의 광고 식별자, IP 주소와 이를 통한 대략적인 위치, 기기·앱 정보, 광고 상호작용과 진단 정보를 받을 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 Google에 직접 전송되며 해외에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 제휴 앱에서 수신한 정보의 이용 방식은 Google의 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
Android와 iOS 모두 비개인 맞춤 광고를 요청합니다. iOS 앱은 추적 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. Google은 부정 이용 방지나 광고 노출 빈도 제한 등을 위해 위 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
스토어 구매
Google Play 또는 Apple App Store에서 결제를 처리하고 상품 보유 상태를 앱에 전달합니다. ONC는 카드 번호나 스토어 암호를 받지 않습니다. 구매 당시의 스토어 계정으로 구매 복원을 실행하면 복원 대상 상품을 다시 사용할 수 있습니다.
직접 선택하는 백업과 공유
설정에서 JSON 백업 파일을 내보내 원하는 위치에 보관하세요. 설정에서 파일을 가져오면 저장한 기록을 복구할 수 있습니다. 수동 백업에는 진행 중인 판과 스토어 구매 내역이 포함되지 않습니다. 결과 화면에서 공유하면 선택한 앱이나 수신자에게 결과가 전달됩니다.
보관·삭제와 권리 행사
기록 초기화는 기기에 저장된 플레이 기록을 지우고 설정을 기본값으로 돌립니다. 이후 보유 상품이 보이지 않으면 스토어에서 복원 대상 상품을 다시 불러오세요.
앱을 삭제하면 기기의 앱 데이터가 제거됩니다. 직접 내보낸 파일과 시스템 백업은 별도로 삭제하세요. 기기의 데이터를 삭제해도 스토어 거래 내역이나 플랫폼 순위 기록은 지워지지 않습니다. 해당 플랫폼에서 관리해 주세요. ONC에 보낸 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제 요청 및 불만은 개인정보 보호책임자(법인 대표)에게 up@oncsoft.com으로 접수할 수 있습니다.
문의 이메일 보관과 국외 처리
ONC는 문의가 해결되면 법령상 보관할 의무가 있는 경우를 제외하고 문의 이메일을 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 말레이시아의 운영자는 회사 업무용 이메일 서비스를 통해 문의를 받습니다. 광고 요청 시 위 광고 정보가 Google LLC(미국)로 전송되어 미국 등 다른 국가에서 처리될 수 있고 Google의 정책에 따라 보관됩니다. 오프라인으로 플레이하면 광고 요청이 전송되지 않습니다.
국내에서는 개인정보침해신고센터(118) 또는 개인정보분쟁조정위원회에 상담할 수 있습니다. 말레이시아에서는 개인정보보호위원에게 문의할 수 있습니다.
