Who we are
딱십 / Just Ten ("the game") is published by ONC SOFTWARE SDN. BHD., a company established in Malaysia. The only personal information we receive ourselves is what you choose to send us by email (your address and message), and we use it only to answer you. Our privacy officer is the company's director. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact up@oncsoft.com.
Who the game is for
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over (in the Republic of Korea, 14 and over). It is not directed to younger children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The game never asks for your name, date of birth, email address or an account. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Playing without a connection
Every mode, your records and the purchase you own work without an internet connection. Advertisements and buying or restoring the purchase need a connection.
What stays on your device
Your records, achievements, settings, daily-board history, puzzle progress, an unfinished round and which purchases you own are saved only in the app's storage on your device. The game reads your device language and time zone on the device to choose a language and the date of the daily board. If you turn on the daily reminder, it is scheduled by your device's own notification system and nothing is sent to us. We do not receive a copy of these records.
Advertising
The Android and iPhone apps show one banner at the bottom of the screen. It is hidden on the board while you play a round. No advertisement ever pauses or interrupts the game: there are no full-screen or reward advertisements. Advertisements are delivered by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). To deliver, measure and limit advertisements and to prevent fraud, Google's SDK collects from your device, directly to Google: the advertising identifier where available and permitted; your IP address, from which an approximate location may be derived; device and app information such as model, operating system, language and app version; and advertisement interactions and diagnostics. ONC SOFTWARE does not receive your IP address or advertising identifier; we see only aggregated reports such as impressions and revenue by country. Google explains its use of this data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites .
Your advertising choices
Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before personalized advertising, and Settings › Ad privacy choices lets you change it later. On iPhone the system also asks whether the game may track you; if you decline, advertisements are not personalized using the device identifier. To reset or delete the advertising identifier: on Android, Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads); on iPhone, turn off Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking › Allow Apps to Request to Track. Buying "Remove ads" keeps the advertising software from starting at all, so no advertisement requests are made. Declining consent never limits the game.
Purchases
One-time purchases ("Remove ads", puzzle packs and look sets) are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive your card number, billing address or account password. The store tells the game which product you own and its status, and the game keeps only "bought or not" for each product on your device. Use Settings › Restore purchase on a new device with the same store account.
Sharing and backups you choose
If you tap Share, the result text goes only to the app or person you pick. If you export a backup, the file is saved where you choose; backups never include the purchase, which comes back through Restore purchase. Those places are governed by their own terms.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not collect contacts, precise location, photos, camera or microphone data, and we do not build advertising profiles ourselves.
Keeping information safe
The game is built so that we do not need your personal information: records stay in the app's storage on your device, and advertising and purchase traffic goes straight to Google and Apple over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Emails are handled only in the company's work account.
Deleting your data
Use Records › Reset records, or delete the app. Resetting records keeps your purchase. If your device backup is on (iCloud or Google), it includes the game's records so they can follow you to a new phone, until that backup is deleted. Data held by Google or Apple for advertising or purchases is kept under their policies, and their account tools let you review or delete it. Emails you send us are deleted without delay once your request is settled, unless a law requires us to keep them; electronic copies are deleted so they cannot be recovered.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, to withdraw consent and to complain to a data protection authority. Because the game keeps its records only on your device, you can view and delete them there; for advertising and purchase data, use Google's or Apple's tools. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can turn to a data protection authority. Republic of Korea: Personal Information Infringement Report Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr, call 118), Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (www.kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972), Supreme Prosecutors' Office (1301), Korean National Police Agency (182). Malaysia: Personal Data Protection Department (www.pdp.gov.my). European Economic Area and the United Kingdom: the data protection authority where you live.
Transfers abroad
Each time the app asks for an advertisement, Google's SDK sends the advertising information listed above over the internet, to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, to Google LLC (United States; contact details at https://policies.google.com/privacy) and its affiliates, which may process it in other countries; Google keeps it under its own policy. To stop this entirely, buy "Remove ads" or play offline; declining personalized-ad consent (on iPhone, also tracking) limits it to what non-personalized advertisements need. Purchase data is processed by Google or Apple in their own countries. ONC SOFTWARE is established in Malaysia; emails reach us through our email service provider.
Changes
If the game starts handling information differently, we will update this policy and the date above before the change takes effect.

인터넷 없이 플레이
모든 모드, 기록, 구매한 항목은 인터넷 없이 쓸 수 있습니다. 광고와 구매·구매 복원만 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다.
기기에만 남는 정보
기록, 업적, 설정, 오늘의 보드 기록, 퍼즐 진행, 이어할 판, 구매한 상품 여부는 기기 안의 앱 저장 공간에만 저장됩니다. 언어와 오늘의 보드 날짜를 정하려고 기기의 언어와 시간대를 기기 안에서 읽습니다. 매일 알림을 켜면 기기 자체의 알림 기능으로 예약되며 운영자에게 아무것도 보내지 않습니다. 운영자는 이 기록의 사본을 받지 않습니다.
광고
Android·iPhone 앱은 화면 아래에 배너 하나를 보여 줍니다. 판을 하는 동안에는 판 화면에서 숨습니다. 게임을 멈추거나 끊는 광고는 없습니다. 전체 화면 광고와 보상형 광고는 쓰지 않습니다. 광고는 Google AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK)이 제공합니다. 광고 제공·측정·노출 제한과 부정 이용 방지를 위해 Google SDK가 기기에서 Google로 직접 수집하는 정보는 다음과 같습니다. 사용 가능하고 허용된 경우 광고 식별자, 대략적인 위치를 알 수 있는 IP 주소, 기기 모델·운영체제·언어·앱 버전 같은 기기와 앱 정보, 광고 노출·클릭 같은 상호작용과 진단 정보입니다. 운영자는 IP 주소나 광고 식별자를 받지 않고, 국가별 노출 수와 수익 같은 집계 보고서만 봅니다. 광고에 대한 선택
법이 요구하는 지역에서는 맞춤형 광고 전에 동의를 구하며, 설정 › 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. iPhone에서는 시스템이 추적 허용 여부를 따로 묻고, 거부하면 기기 식별자로 맞춤형 광고를 하지 않습니다. 광고 식별자는 Android에서는 설정 › Google › 광고(또는 설정 › 개인정보 보호 › 광고)에서 재설정하거나 삭제하고, iPhone에서는 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 추적에서 '앱이 추적을 요청하도록 허용'을 끄면 됩니다. "광고 제거"를 구매하면 광고 소프트웨어가 아예 시작되지 않아 광고 요청이 없습니다. 동의를 거부해도 게임 이용은 제한되지 않습니다.
구매
한 번 사는 상품("광고 제거", 퍼즐 묶음, 꾸미기 세트)은 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store가 처리합니다. 운영자는 카드 번호, 청구 주소, 계정 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다. 스토어는 게임에 어떤 상품을 가졌는지와 그 상태만 알려 주고, 게임은 상품마다 기기에 "구매함/안 함"만 저장합니다. 새 기기에서는 같은 스토어 계정으로 설정 › 구매 복원을 누르세요.
직접 고른 공유와 백업
공유를 누르면 결과 문구는 사용자가 고른 앱이나 사람에게만 전달됩니다. 백업을 내보내면 파일은 사용자가 고른 곳에 저장되며, 구매 정보는 백업에 들어가지 않고 구매 복원으로 돌아옵니다. 그곳의 처리는 각 서비스의 약관을 따릅니다.
하지 않는 일
운영자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 연락처, 정확한 위치, 사진, 카메라, 마이크 정보를 수집하지 않으며 직접 광고 프로필을 만들지 않습니다.
안전성 확보 조치
게임은 운영자가 개인정보를 받지 않아도 되도록 만들어졌습니다. 기록은 기기의 앱 저장 공간에만 있고, 광고와 구매 통신은 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)로 Google과 Apple에 직접 갑니다. 이메일 문의는 운영자의 업무 계정에서만 다룹니다.
삭제와 보관
기록 › 기록 초기화를 누르거나 앱을 삭제하세요. 기록을 초기화해도 구매는 유지됩니다. 기기 백업(iCloud, Google)을 켜 두었다면 게임 기록이 그 백업에 들어가 새 휴대폰으로 옮겨질 수 있고, 해당 백업을 지우면 함께 삭제됩니다. 광고와 구매를 위해 Google이나 Apple이 가진 정보는 각 회사의 정책에 따라 보관되며 각 계정 도구로 확인하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 보내 주신 이메일은 문의 처리가 끝나면 지체 없이 삭제하며(법으로 보관해야 하는 경우 제외), 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 지웁니다.
이용자의 권리
거주 지역에 따라 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 동의 철회를 요구하고 감독기관에 민원을 제기할 권리가 있습니다. 게임 기록은 기기에만 있으므로 기기에서 보고 지울 수 있고, 광고와 구매 정보는 Google이나 Apple의 도구를 이용하세요. 운영자가 가진 정보는 up@oncsoft.com으로 요청해 주세요.

Pengiklanan

Pilihan pengiklanan anda

Pembelian

Kedai memberitahu permainan produk yang anda miliki dan statusnya, dan permainan hanya menyimpan "dibeli atau tidak" bagi setiap produk pada peranti anda. Perkongsian dan sandaran pilihan anda
Jika anda menekan Kongsi, teks keputusan hanya dihantar kepada aplikasi atau orang yang anda pilih. Jika anda mengeksport sandaran, fail disimpan di tempat yang anda pilih; sandaran tidak mengandungi pembelian, yang kembali melalui Pulihkan pembelian. Tempat tersebut tertakluk pada terma masing-masing.
Apa yang kami tidak lakukan

Keselamatan maklumat
Permainan ini dibina supaya kami tidak memerlukan maklumat peribadi anda: rekod kekal dalam storan aplikasi pada peranti anda, dan trafik pengiklanan serta pembelian terus ke Google dan Apple melalui sambungan yang disulitkan (HTTPS). E-mel dikendalikan hanya dalam akaun kerja syarikat.
Memadam data anda
Gunakan Rekod › Set semula rekod, atau padam aplikasi. Menetapkan semula rekod mengekalkan pembelian anda. Jika sandaran peranti anda dihidupkan (iCloud atau Google), ia mengandungi rekod permainan supaya rekod boleh dibawa ke telefon baharu, sehingga sandaran itu dipadam. Data yang dipegang oleh Google atau Apple untuk pengiklanan atau pembelian disimpan di bawah dasar mereka, dan alat akaun mereka membolehkan anda menyemak atau memadamkannya. Pemindahan ke luar negara
Setiap kali aplikasi meminta iklan, SDK Google menghantar maklumat pengiklanan yang disenaraikan di atas melalui internet, untuk menyampaikan dan mengukur iklan serta mencegah penipuan, kepada Google LLC (Amerika Syarikat; butiran hubungan di https://policies.google.com/privacy) dan sekutunya, yang mungkin memprosesnya di negara lain; Google menyimpannya mengikut dasarnya sendiri. Untuk menghentikannya sepenuhnya, beli "Buang iklan" atau bermain tanpa sambungan; menolak persetujuan iklan diperibadikan (pada iPhone, juga penjejakan) mengehadkannya kepada apa yang diperlukan oleh iklan yang tidak diperibadikan. Perubahan
Jika permainan mula mengendalikan maklumat secara berbeza, kami akan mengemas kini dasar ini dan tarikh di atas sebelum perubahan berkuat kuasa.
